Life can be unpredictable at times, and sometimes it might not be the best time to use the Us App mobile application (the “App”).
You can cancel your subscription at any time either in the “Manage Subscription” section of the App settings, or by contacting customer support at hello@usapp.ai.
Subscription refund methods
The refund process depends on how you subscribed to the App:
• App Store purchases – Follow Apple’s instructions for requesting a refund.
• Google Play purchases – Follow Google’s instructions for requesting a refund.
• Purchases made on the Us App webpage – In general, all charges for in-app purchases are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. However, we may make an exception if: a refund is requested within 30 days of the transaction date and you can demonstrate seven consecutive days of App use (see “Money-back Guarantee” below); or
the laws in your jurisdiction require refunds (see the “EU/EEA Notice” if applicable).
To request a refund, contact us at hello@usapp.ai or through “Your Profile” in the App settings.
EU/EEA Notice
If you purchase a subscription, you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of signing up (the “Withdrawal Period”). Any free-trial days count toward this period.
To exercise this right, send a clear written request to hello@usapp.ai at least 24 hours before the Withdrawal Period ends. You may use the model form below (optional).
We will refund you via the same payment method used for purchase.

If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase before midnight of the third business day after the purchase date, we will return your payment.

In addition to any statutory rights, if you bought the App directly on our websites and a money-back option was shown at checkout, you are eligible for a refund when:You contact us within 30 days of the initial purchase and before your subscription ends;
